today

Today is the last day of seniors and my brother didn’t come to school I’m really disappointed in him. I really don’t know what he is going to do after this but I hope he has a plan. I have to start applying for colleges for next year because I need to go to college and get a scholarship to a good college. My coach said he is going to look for good colleges for me but he wants me to go far away from hear. I don’t know if that’s a good dictions but I just have to hope and wish for the best however I still have to work hard to get in to a decent college.

end of spring

Spring is almost over. Two more days and we are done with spring. I only have been practicing with upper pads for the last two weeks. Yesterday I went full pads for my first time and I played full scrimmage for my first time. While scrimmaging I was kind of worried about my knee but I didn’t let it bother me. I mast up on the first couple of plays but I got the hang of it and at the end I ended up doing well I caused a fun bowel. I need to get faster so couch G can get good offers for me so I can play college ball.

Spring

I don’t think I’m going to be playing in spring football because coach G doesn’t want to risk me getting hurt. I feel bad that I can’t play but I also feel that I should take it easy on myself. In practice I’m always going my hardest coach sees that as a positive but he is just looking out for me, and I’m glad he is. Our team is going to be scrimmaging each other on Thursday. I won’t be able to scrimmage however I will be able to do seven on seven pass drops. The scrimmage is for the coaches and the players to see what we do wrong and to watch our selves make mistakes so we can improve. Hopefully I am able to play at the end of spring so scouts can watch how I play and hopefully earn a scholarship.

tuesday

We started spring ball a week ago. It has been very tough and taken up a lot of my time but I’m making it through just fine, besides the heat. This past Saturday was our first Saturday practice, half way through AD (our stretch) I felt as if I was going to fall out. The heat was unbearable, it was 98 degrees out. Don’t forget about all the pads we wear, also I was wearing a long white sleeve shirt, not the smartest idea now that I look back on it. Ironically, our stretching period is our hardest I think; once I make it through that I know I can make it through the rest of practice. The second half of practice is a breeze. I get to do what I love which is hit kids. Hitting goes by too fast, I wish I could just hit all day. Before you know practice is over and I’m already getting ready for the next day.
